2. Refunds - HOWBZR
is a retailer of international repute and takes it customer service extremely
seriously. Since we know that our products are dispatched in pristine condition
(we have not had a single case of return during the time we have been selling
online), we will process refunds in the following manner. The customer will ship
the product back to us (delivery address available on request) at her/his own
expense and responsibility. After the product has been received and inspected,
appropriate refunds will be processed, based on the condition of the product
relative to it original condition. Shipping charges, if any, are not refundable.
If applicable, a refund for the appropriate amount, which will solely be
determined by HOWBZR, will be paid in the form of a check made to in the name of
the original customer and mailed to the original billing address, specified at
the time of the order. By placing and order on our web site, you agree to these
terms and conditions.

3. Delivery - For deliveries within the continental
USA, shipments are sent by USPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail (or equivalent
services). Under normal circumstances, by USPS Ground, delivery to addresses
within the continental USA takes 7 to 10 working days after your payment has
been confirmed or cleared. Delivery by USPS Priority Mail takes between 2 to
3 business days after the order processing is completed (an additional 1 to 2
days).
The liability of HOWBZR is limited to providing proof of
shipment (tracking number and/or copy of mailing receipt). HOWBZR
will not be responsible for delays and non-delivery that are the result of
the shipping agent's actions. The customer has the option of buying
shipping insurance to protect against the unlikely case of loss of
shipment in transit. By placing an order on this web site, the customer
expesses explicit consent to these terms and conditions.
International delivery takes longer and depend upon the destination of
the shipment, and the mode of delivery. In addition, international delivery is
susceptible to a large number of uncontrollable factors so, in extremely rare
cases, shipments may be delayed by several additional days over the
schedule.
For international shipments, tracking of the
shipment over the web with a tracking number is NOT available, unless the
chosen method is International Express Mail. For international
surface mail and for international air mail, we can only provide a
copy of the proof of mailing (which is the receipt of mailing from the post
office). We cannot assume any liabilities in case of non-delivery (or damage
during delivery) of international shipments. By choosing to place an order, the
buyer expresses explicit consent to this arrangement, assumes the accompanying
risks, and absolves us of any liability. The buyer may choose to buy optional
postal insurance to offset against the possibility of a loss. In addition, for
international orders, any and all customs duties, levied by the country of
destination, is the responsibility of the buyer.
