Shipping - within the USA
For deliveries within the continental USA, shipments are sent by USPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail (or equivalent services). Under normal circumstances, by USPS Ground, delivery to addresses within the continental USA takes 7 to 10 working days after your payment has been confirmed or cleared. Delivery by USPS Priority Mail takes between 2 to 3 business days after the order processing is completed. (The order processing may take 1 to 2 days).
The liability of HOWBZR is limited to providing proof of shipment (tracking number and/or copy of mailing receipt). HOWBZR will not be responsible for delays and non-delivery that are the result of the shipping agent's actions. The customer has the option of buying shipping insurance to protect against the unlikely case of loss of shipment in transit. By placing an order on this web site, the customer expresses explicit consent to these terms and conditions.
Sales Tax
HOWBZR CD Posters are not shipped within the state of Texas. Outside the state of Texas, there are no sales tax collected.
Shipping Charges - destinations outside the USA
For deliveries to destinations outside of the continental United States, CD Poster Frames are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please contact us with your address of delivery and the number of boxes of CD Poster Frames you wish to order, and we will provide a customized quote for you, with no obligation to buy.
For overseas deliveries, USPS suggests that Surface Mail (sea parcel post) may take between 30 and 60 days (no guarantees) International Air Mail (air parcel post) may take between 4 to 10 days (no guarantees) and International Express Mail may take between 2 to 3 business days (no guarantees). For international shipments, tracking over the web with a tracking number is NOT available, unless the chosen method is International Express Mail. For international surface mail and for international air mail, we can only provide a copy of the proof of mailing (which is the receipt of mailing from the post office). We cannot assume any liabilities in case of non-delivery (or damage during delivery) of international shipments. By choosing to place an order, the buyer expresses explicit consent to this arrangement, assumes the accompanying risks, and absolves us of any liability. The buyer may choose to buy optional postal insurance to offset against the possibility of a loss. In addition, for international orders, any and all customs duties, levied by the country of destination, is the responsibility of the buyer. |
